Frequently Asked Questions About Full Color Printing

What program(s) are files accepted in?
Files from all major software are accepted. Make sure all file images are at least 300 dpi. Both PC and MAC platforms are acceptable. (If possible make sure that the text is converted to outlines/curves to avoid font problems).
Are there any setup charges?
You only pay for the price of printing plus shipping.
What is the turnaround time?
This varies between jobs. You'll be advised at the time of order.
How do I make my payment?
You can pay by credit card, checks or money order. But if paying by check or money order, it may delay your order because orders cannot be processed until the check clears. So for quicker and more convenient order processing, we recommend payment by credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
What resolution should I save my images/files?
We recommend that the file or image to be at least 200dpi. But for the best quality print, we recommend 300dpi.
What is full bleed?
Full Bleed is when the ink is printed to the edges of all sides. There are no white border. If you want full bleed, please make sure the file you supply us has the colors go all the way to the edge. If you do NOT wish for bleeds and want a white border, please make sure there is at least 1/4" of white border.
What Size should I set my business cards?
The cards should be setup to 3.75" x 2.25" which will be trimmed to the standard 3.5" x 2". For all other sizes please add .125" around the file for bleed.
What if I want the BACK of Business Cards to also be in color instead of black and white or blank?

Can I rush an order?
